This is a regional product that is not available for retail. The durum wheat noodles come from our region in Italy - Gargano (Apulia). We use these noodles to make a simple tomato sauce, which can also be added to beef in the form of roulades. You can conjure up a traditional menu here in a few minutes, as it was prepared many years ago.
